The St. John’s Women’s Council is committed to supporting anyone identifying as women and non-binary, who experience domestic violence. With key values of acceptance and non-judgment, they work to support and empower each woman as she navigates her own unique circumstances.

Services Include:
- Right Here, Right Now: woman centered drop-in or call-in counselling (Tuesdays 12:00 – 8:30 PM, Wednesdays 12:00 – 5:00 PM)
- Clothing boutique and personal care pantry: by appointment only
- Empowered Together: a drop-in peer support group for any woman impacted by intimate partner abuse (Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 PM)
- Empowering Ourselves: an 8-week closed group exploring intimate partner abuse
- Helping Mothers Thrive: an 8-week closed group supporting women whose parenting has been impacted by domestic violence
