Harbour Strong
Empowering Men Across Newfoundland & Labrador Through Mental Wellness & Community Connection. Harbour Strong is a provincial pilot project focused on men’s mental health, resilience, and community support. Through land-based gatherings like ice fishing, snowshoeing, and dogsledding, men will engage in open conversations about mental wellness, stress, and emotional well-being—all in a natural, supportive environment.
Mindful Futures
Building Resilient, Mentally Healthy Classrooms Across the Province. Mindful Futures is a province-wide mental health education program designed to equip students from kindergarten to Grade 12 with the tools they need to understand, manage, and prioritize their mental well-being. Through engaging workshops, classroom learning, and student-led initiatives, this program fosters resilience, emotional intelligence, and a culture of support in schools across Newfoundland and Labrador.

Rural Resilience
Empowering Rural Communities Through Mental Health Training & Education.
