Workplace Mental Health Program

The Workplace Mental Health program addresses work/life balance, building respectful workplaces, and dealing with stress and mental illness in the workplace.

Education Program

CMHA-NL’s Education Program offers mental health and mental illness awareness and educational sessions for children, youth, young adults and parents through schools, community groups, and community centres.

Justice Program

The Justice Program provides in-reach to inmates with mental illness at Her Majesty’s Penitentiary and intensive case management/community support after release for a period of one year.

At Work Program

At Work assists individuals with mental health issues and are unemployed (or under-employed) obtain and maintain competitive employment.
