ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Harbour Strong: Men’s Mental Health Network
Empowering Men Across Newfoundland & Labrador Through Mental Wellness & Community Connection
What is Harbour Strong?
Harbour Strong is a provincial pilot project focused on men’s mental health, resilience, and community support. Through land-based gatherings like ice fishing, snowshoeing, and dogsledding, men will engage in open conversations about mental wellness, stress, and emotional well-being—all in a natural, supportive environment.
This initiative is a collaboration between CMHA-NL and The Lonely Man Project, with input from Indigenous leaders, mental health experts, and local communities.
