Resilience Project: Mental Health Education for Wildfire Impacted Communities
As part of this program, this Fall CMHA-NL is launching the Resilience Project to support members of our communities impacted by wildfires. Education and training to support mental health resilience and suicide prevention will be offered with no charge to community members, first responders, children and youth, sports groups & clubs, schools & teachers, community centers, and anyone else needing support in these geographic areas.

CMHA-NL, in collaboration with Lifewise and Richard’s Legacy, proudly presents the Community Lifelines Project. This initiative offers comprehensive training for non-profit organizations at no cost, thanks to generous funding from the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Government’s Department of Health and Community Services. Our aim is to empower non-profits, sports groups & clubs, and other community members with the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance their services and support their communities effectively.
