Exploring Mental Health Needs Survey – Newfoundland and Labrador

You are invited to participate in a survey to help inform the planning and development of a Recovery College at Canadian Mental Health Association, Newfoundland and Labrador (CMHA-NL).

A Recovery College is a mental health learning centre that is open to everyone. The courses cover topics that support mental health and wellbeing, and are based on the principles of building connection, hope, a positive self-identity, meaning and empowerment. What makes a Recovery College unique is that all the courses are co-created and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental health concerns and people with professional experience in mental health. Learn more about recovery colleges HERE.

This survey aims to help us better understand the mental health needs in our community. This survey is completely voluntary. Your responses will remain anonymous. We do not collect personal identifying information (e.g. name, email, IP address, etc.).

If you have any questions or need support completing the survey, please email [email protected].
