Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the support provided to a person who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or a mental health crisis.
ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may be at risk of suicide and work with them to create a plan that will support their
immediate safety.
Mind the Music will raise money for musicians and mental health through a special concert broadcast online and on the VOCM network and Big Land – Labrador’s FM. (Stay tuned for details to tune in).
