You are invited to participate in a survey to help inform the planning and development of a Recovery College at Canadian Mental Health Association, Newfoundland and Labrador (CMHA-NL).
A Recovery College is a mental health learning centre that is open to everyone. The courses cover topics that support mental health and wellbeing, and are based on the principles of building connection, hope, a positive self-identity, meaning and empowerment. What makes a Recovery College unique is that all the courses are co-created and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental health concerns and people with professional experience in mental health.
