Your authenticity, collaborative style, diplomacy, and integrity have allowed you to build meaningful partnerships and relationships. Having participated on several Boards and/or committees, you appreciate the value and impact that sound governance and a healthy Board/staff partnership can afford an organization.
Your professional profile consists of a university degree in a relevant field, combined with more than five years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in both the non-governmental and government sectors. Experience with volunteer boards and governance models is essential. Highly developed presentations skills and public presence in leadership roles is vital.
