This Holiday season, Canadian Mental Health Association of Newfoundland and Labrador is encouraging people to “Give the Gift of Mental Health”.
A donation to CMHA-NL supports our Workplace Mental Health, Education and Youth, Justice and At Work programs, but it also helps us provide resources and maintain relationships with other community agencies, government, and all of our clients. We work every day to better the mental health of people in our province. Our three provincial offices in St. John’s, Grand Falls-Windsor and Stephenville, provide services to people in their surrounding areas that are often unavailable anywhere else!
