Andrew Safer will be offering a 6 or 12 week program on Anxiety, Stress and Mindfulness. This is especially relevant during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, as many people are feeling heightened levels of both anxiety and stress, even if they have not experienced them before.
Six-week program runs: Wednesdays, Jan. 26 – Mar. 2, 2022, from 7:00pm-8:30pm
12-week program runs: Wednesdays, Jan. 26 – April 13, 2022 from 5:30pm-7:00pm
