What is a Recovery College?

A Recovery College is a unique, community-based learning space designed to support mental health and personal well-being. Unlike traditional colleges, there are no tests, no fees, and no prerequisites—just practical, empowering courses focused on personal growth, mental health literacy, and skill-building.

CMHA-NL’s Wellbeing Learning Hub (Recovery College) offers free courses, workshops, and webinars to help adults across Newfoundland & Labrador develop skills for mental wellness, build confidence, and connect with others in a supportive learning environment.
