What is Mindful Futures?
Mindful Futures is a province-wide mental health education program designed to equip students from kindergarten to Grade 12 with the tools they need to understand, manage, and prioritize their mental well-being. Through engaging workshops, classroom learning, and student-led initiatives, this program fosters resilience, emotional intelligence, and a culture of support in schools across Newfoundland and Labrador.
Developed by CMHA-NL, Mindful Futures also trains teachers and school staff in mental health first aid, ensuring a whole-school approach to mental wellness.
