The NL Housing and Homelessness Network has partnered once again with CMHA-NL to present Co-Workers First: Engaging Employees in Mental Wellness. This training is designed to provide leaders within a workplace-environment with the necessary information and strategies to build positive mental health for all employees while effectively supporting individual employees with mental health concerns.

This one day training course conducted by CMHA-NL’s Workplace Mental Health Coordinator, John Dinn is designed for managers, supervisors, administrators, union leaders, Occupational Health and Safety officials and leaders in the workplace who are responsible for supporting employees’ well being.

This course will include strategies and guidance on how to effectively support individual employees with mental health concerns and promote healthy dialogue about mental health in the workplace. Information on CMHA-NL’s training programs and resources that are available to increase your workplace’s mental wellness will also be provided.
